Name:Lynnell Age:31 Location: NY, Long Island I'm a newbie, so I'm climbing indoors. But, this August I'll be heading to the Gunks for the 1st time! I'm incredibly excited. My ultimate goal is to meet some people and eventually do big wall climbing. fav. food: ITALIAN/Japanese level (lead climbed):beginner, but I'm strong and learn really fast gear (basic, some, full rack and rope):just the basics, harness, ATC, beaners...chalk..BLAH.. weird fact about yourself: I'm a total adrenaline junky! I love speed and acceleration, which is why I love sportbike racing, 600cc. It's only an odd fact because I use to be a professional ballerina. Most people seem to think the two things don't mix. If you're free and wana climb, lemme know! I climb about 3-4 times a week.

Chris 28 Living in Bend, OR until Wednesay and then heading to New England Indoor or outdoor. Of course I prefer outdoor, but there is good fun to be had on plastic. I clip bolts and place gear. I've lead as hard as 11d (haven't pointed this grade yet) Lead trad at 10a...with apprehension, but I'm learning to nut up and deal. I've got a 70 meter rope 10.5 (I consider a necessity), a 60 meter 9.7 rope, two dozen draws, a bunch of stoppers, for tricams, doubles of BD cams from .75 to two inches, one #3 and #4, one .5 and one metolius #1-#3, blah, blah, blah....I have a shit ton of gear Sushi, tempura fried green tea icecream and big honkin' burritos. Don't spend too much time on the internet...recently just this site I think bouldering is boring...except on plastic... ...shit, I forgot the rack.
