I look forward to the trip report(s)! GO bummer! Was hoping to get a few pointers again this year! Enjoy and be safe! Till next time ...

You like slab, eh? Is there trad there? The guide book states moderate bolted routes. "Most of the routes are protected by bolts, all of which were placed on lead." Since it is so close to Whitehorse, about 15 minutes, we could get in more pitches per climb. If it is solitude you are looking for, then I'm up for it.

Well.. Kate 1 hung Sky Pilot a few weeks ago on TR.. you wanna get beat by a GIRL! ;) you still need to finish up Peer Pressure.. i dunno.. look at the guide and figure out some stuff you want to do. my list = Storm troopers 100% Columbian --- to finish up Parking lot wall Mr. Coffee --- ^^^ Kundalini ( this may fail miserably but a friend told me to get on it) Venus on a Half shell (same as above.. not quite as hard) Pump up the Volume - will finish 5.8 crag sport leads (cept the 5.1 POS i'm boycotting) (though if i send that then i'll sack up and bring some gear to do 5.8 Crack) Giant Man Black Mamba.. at least the first pitch Captain Hook

LOL .. Wonder Woman had already done that! You are right. Basically, I have only climbed what I knew I could climb free. I should harness my old saying ... If You Ain't Flying ... You Ain't Trying! Let's have some fun ...

Yep... there isn't a route on my list that i either have already or will fall off of before it gets done. Personally i am pretty sucky at onsighting but have a pretty good knack for working out routes so getting on stuff that i will initially fail on is pretty standard but a necessary step.

If it was bolted on lead that makes it tard. right? I thought the ruckus was all about the clippity? Besides I had a blast last year on lost in the sun or whatever we were on beside it. I looked at Rainbow too as a possibility. I do like slab. I have very good -how do you say-- down pressure! My body type favors slab (or juggy overhangs). Maybe vader this year?

I can't believe how long it's been since I've posted... Bill, you are welcome to crash in the condo, but be prepared to change diapers. This year the missus will be joining me along with the babies, so it will be a full tent. I'm up for Trad Friday. Moby Grape?!?

Storm Troopers is on my list. Dunno from there. I'd like to try the .12 at the Hinterlands, but it will also be a weekend for me to introduce my daughter to outdoor climbing.
