Any body know who makes screw on holds that i can attach to a joist in my garage? Looking for slopers and pinches to supplement my hangboard. Any suggestons would help. thanks

Though you could take foot jibs and put them on either side of a corner and make a decent pinch out of it.

metoulious makes some nice inside and outside corner screw ons and a nice line of other screw ons too.

I was thinking the head of a lag bolt would be too big to secure the bolt all the way. HAve you done this before or just speculating?

Why not use a standard allen head bolt that comes with the holds, drill through the joist, and attach a tee nut or even a washer and nut? If you drill in the middle half of the joist there will be no loss of strength.
