I'm going to be aboard ship for about three monthes and i'm looking for a program to do to stay in shape. I'm going to be doing alot of work and i'm looking for some exercises to do when i have some time to myself. I don't want to get too bulkly or get out of shape. oh yeah there are no walls aboard ship. thanks

Paul,
No offense taken. As a Marine I was never accused of being smart. I will say that people constantly reminded me that we were a department of the Navy (the MEN'S department!).

Sean,
Seriously, get a good hangboard and mount it on a small piece of plywood. Drill a couple of holes in the top corners of the plywood and take along some cord to tie it up somewhere. You should be able to get a good workout while confined.

if your ship has a mast, climb it. if it doesn't, put up a mast and climb it.
