I am a relativly new climber. however i used to be a personal trainer and i noticed that my weight training has begun to hurt my climbing ability. (went from 145lbs to 165lbs in last year). I would be interested in what other peoples weight routines are. Please post your whole routines and what helped and what did not in relation to climbing skill and strength. Any other comments are welcome. thanks
