i have been through so many different type of rock boots, pretty much all manufacturers and never dreamed of finding a pair of five ten's that fitted. these are the babies they fit better than any other shoe i have ever tried, my climbing has gone up at least a full grade and they seem to take everything i through at them. need to get a couple more pairs before five ten decide to improve them.

I've got wide feet and a big heel. Very few shoes fit me. This is the best fitting shoe I've ever had. If you've got narrow - or even average - size feet, I can understand why this might slide around. But that's why they make Anasazi's.
Also, the synthetic leather holds the shape and size really well. I weigh 205+ and stretch most shoes out really quickly. But not these. Five stars.

I loved this shoe when I first got it. Now, not so much. I have sweaty feet, all the time (unrelated cause) and these shoes slide around on my foot when my feet get sweaty. It wasnt bad when I first had them, and I wash them all the time BUT in the last two months I have lost all confidence in my heel hooks for the following reason:
Everytime I throw a heel hook as soon as I weight it the heel slides off my foot. The shoes stays in place (in the toe section) but the entire heel part slides right off. I tried taping the back of my heel, for abit more friction, and even wearing socks. NO real remedy. So now, because they don't really smear, and I can't use hooks in them, they're pretty much just edging shoes.
To be fair and impartial- the rubber is incredible. I have used it 105 degree days and 30 degree days and it always sticks like crazy. and wears VERY slowly.
this shoe does not stretch heel to toe, but a bit side to side, and this shoe is wider than average. and very stiff (duh)

i absolutely love this shoe. it has lasted longer than any of the other shoes i have owned. great edging and the heal is great. i can count the number of times that my foot has popped off a hold when wearing these shoes on one hand. that's sticky rubber.

These shoes are real sweet. After playing the sizing game through the mail I finally got them dialed in and they are awsome. The stealth onyx is REAL sticky and a good fit, a very secure heel which is higher than most but cups your foot great. Other synthetics have been hot on my feet, I'm not swimming in my own sweat in these which is nice. Most certainly recommend.
