Description:

1-1.5 hour approach leads to a prominant ridge to the right about half-way up hike to pass. Scramble up a few hundred feet of scree and start the long climb up low angle rock with a few interesting bits here and there all the way to the summit. Descent is not bad, but don't slip!

Descent Options:

Walk back (south) from summit cairn about 200 feet and drop down gully to the right (west). Lots of 5.4 downclimbing eventually leads to scree field, but remember to cut south again about half-way down to another gully. Otherwise you will cliff out.

4 out of 5 stars Lizzies Ridge

Fun route, highly recommend simul-climbing because it goes fast and pitching it out will probably leave you spending the night on the rock. Be careful on the descent. It's not hard, but if you slip, it will be your last slip!
