Description:

First route to the right of Mary Pop-Parazzi, up the left side of the chimney in the middle of the area under the roof. The start is by far the hardest part of the climb. Start up the outside corner of the face until you're past the first bolt; step to the right to stem up to the arete, then back to the left to clip the chains.

Descent Options:

Rap off the anchors. Or just jump; it's barely more than a highball. (Don't jump, please)

4 out of 5 stars Trickier than I expected

Another great practice route for a new leader. Easy to end up too far left and get into sparser holds territory--keep right along the corner the whole way until the step to the chains and you'll be fine. Stem out across the chimney if you want; it's probably not necessary, but I did 'cuz I'm a gumby.

Fun route--quite a few different ways to approach it; for being as short as it is it requires a surprising amount of thought.
