Description:
Pete Vanslooten (the slow kid), first ascended this in 1997. Pete had great vision, seeing this route amidst choss. This route, after being drilled and CLEANED, became the best route, according to consensual agreement, the best rock climb in Iron County. I'm sure many will agrue this, but I do not care. This route RULES, RULES, RULES. Pete is everybodies hero! I almost forgot to mention that this is the arete above the locally infamous rappellers wall across from Cetacean Wall.

What an aesthetic line! I loved the crux and how it made you look over the other side of the arrette in terror. One hard move off a crimp and then your home free. Good job on the bolting as well.

This is probably my finest route! All the bolts are bomber and I put them so they can be clipped from good stances. I called it 5.9 maybe 5.9+ but only for one exposed slab mantle move high on the arete. Do this route, it has killer exposure! Lower off the climbers left side of the arete and you'll make it with one rope. lower right and you'll be hanging in space.

I git the second right after pepe and this route does rule! however i will agrue w/ stroker on this being the best. but it still kicks ass
