Fun route, first bolt is a bit far but you can clip before the mantle crux at the first bolt

After the mantle, the climb is balancy and thin, but it is average for a 10a. Really fun mantle move.

clip the first bolt to the right with a shoulder sling, then clip the mantle, second bolt. After you pull the mantle and clip the "third" bolt, reach down and unclip the second bolt (yes, they're that close) to avoid drag.

Also - stay to the right along the arete for the easiest climbing after the mantle.

Very fun 10a!

That stupendous mantle is very well protected by a bolt. Lots of fun. The top rope allows you to try the very difficult route to the right.

Took on the mantle, then got the rest

Took a hang at the mantel, taken slightly aback by the intensity of it. Once through that move, the purportedly "thin" face climbing seemed straightforward.

Note that Young's guide shows 5 bolts before the anchors, but in reality there are only 4. The 5th bolt preceding the anchors does not exist (but is not needed, as the final moves are very easy).
