fun route

the flaring crack made the route feel harder than its grade to me. 10/3/2008

got on this again 5 years later and sent it -- save a #3 or #4 for higher ;)

hard

was hard for a 5.8! we had a couple #5s and #6s, which made it leadable. i avoided liebacking in favor of hand-fist stacks and leg jams.

great climb!

Really loved this climb.. I did not find the start difficult or cruxy at all, although apparently others do. There are great slab moves higher on the route, but they are well protected, and the route offers some fun / tricky surprises with straightforward gear -- quite a memorable climb.
