3 out of 5 stars Great heel hooks

Should be rated 5.10b. Easier than "Leading should feel this way". Good hand holds the whole way. The heel hooks are fun at the end. They really help you clip the last two bolts!

4 out of 5 stars Great jugs on the upper headwall.

Pulling the roof is the crux. The upper headwall is not too bad, big jugs. Kind of like "I like Big Jugs" but longer. The first bolt is a little high but not too bad. If you are thinking about leading this, then you shouldn't need to place anything before it.

4 out of 5 stars Hard first moves

Thought it was harder than 10a. After the first 20 ft, it's pretty much over.

4 out of 5 stars Great Jams

Excellent crack. A little dirty from the rain. Tape up.

5 out of 5 stars New route

Was very thick the year I did it. Almost as good as Main Flow. The 2nd pitch is stellar.

4 out of 5 stars Hasn't been in for a while

Good little route to test your nerves, if it's in. Haven't seen it in a few years. Not sure if it will ever come back in.

5 out of 5 stars Classic route anywhere

Great route. The first pitch is a good warm out of the car to get the blood flowing for the crux curtain. The crux can be intimidating if curtain is thin. Right side is generally easier and more consistent. I would say more like 4+. 3rd pitch is fantastic until you get to the bushes, which are a pain. There are bolts w/ chains at the top, if you can find them and at the end of the 2nd pitch.

3 out of 5 stars odd placement of anchors

The lower section if 5.6, the last moves are certainly harder than 5.7. Seemed like 5.9. The anchors at the top are right at the lip of the last route. So they are in kind of a weird place to clip.

3 out of 5 stars Easier than 5.8

Easy for the grade. If you are on the shorter side I guess it could be harder but I thought it was very easy for 5.8.

3 out of 5 stars Boulder problem start

Not sure how you get ratings from 10d to 5.9. I guess it depends on how you do the start. The more pure the harder it is. Boulder problem start is over fairly quickly. I thought it was about 10c/d if you don't step on the wall to the left. Although it was really only about 2-3 moves.
