Onsight ascent by:
Wear your shoulders out at the end of the day.
Jacob's Ladder is actually just to the right of the frontline right boulder. It should be rated harder than the Prow, but whatever. The sit start is very easy, go to a heel hook and then enjoy the mantle. We always come to this one at the end of the day to wear out our sholders and forearms.

The prow
This is an easy sit start, and when you get up it's just one move until you traverse over to the warmup slab... a good way to wake your arms up.

I like it, but I've only done it once.
I haven't tried the dyno, don't have the guts with just one pad. But, it's a good one at the end of the day to make sure you get good and tired.

It's fun.
In order to mantle this one I had to hug the right side of the slope on the top in order to create a crimp. After the first time its not quite as hairy as it seems to begin with.

The mantle was fun.
It was a kind of spooky after I got the left foot smeared, but actually much easier than I thought it would be.
