runout off the deck, but it leads to fun climbing that keeps you thinking, even for 5.7.

Especially if you do all the pitches... the start of the 3rd pitch is a little scary off the belay.

seemed sort of contrived to me. Also was somewhat sporty without pro.

We had so much fun climbing this thing. Easy moves, but the steepness (in parts) and the lack of when-you-want-it pro made it exciting and memorable. I wouldn't recommend it for the fledgling 5.6 leader.

Combine pitch 3 & 4. We topped out on the very exposed knife edge arete to the right instead of the chimney on the left. Rock is somewhat rotten to test everything before you yard on it. Pro is about the same as it is on the rest of the climb... not great. However, the climbing is easy and the exposure is awesome!

Rap with two 200' ropes to get off in one rap.

We didn't top out because the guide we had said that we would have to rap off of a single bolt if we did. We're smart so we didn't. We stopped by the horn right after the offwidth. The offwidth, by the way, was harder than the supposed crux in the first 15 feet of the climb... course, we suck at offwidths, but, still.

Bolt anchor on the top of first pitch is two old 1/4 inchers and one newer (but rusted) bolt.

I wish we had topped out. What is the rap back down the route like from the summit?

Totally cool little cliff. Cool location and climbing. Wish there were some leads here, but for TR, this is great.

Fun climb, but a little contrived because you can make it easier by wandering a tad.
