Kind of a quirky route. The diagonal crack system feels awkward on the body at first. The blocks are still loose up top.

Love the grovel.
Very enjoyable. Like others have said, you'll throw the kitchen sink at it technique-wise. Be prepared for grime, spider webs and above all loose stuff. All of which just add character. Oh yeah, and it's long - 100 ft or so.

Fuck the bush, hop on it.
The top 30 feet are well worth the price of admission. Great jams in the crack up there - something of a rarity for Ragged. IMHO, a very under-appreciated route.
Yes, there's a bush to navigate around. If that's off-putting, you can always go to the gym.

Fun.
Lower crux can be tamed by jamming one's right thigh in the off-width and ratcheting up. Don't take the easy way out up top - stay left (in the crack) and finish on what amounts to a balance-y second crux.

A blast.
Third pitch felt so good. Big, high, steep, a joy to move up. Holds were so good I actually paused several times to look out over the exposure on all sides, soaking it up.

Reasonable.
Much more straightforward than Tower Crack (to the left), which has a lower grade. If you get stuck toward the top try a long stemming move on the right face if you're tall.
