3 out of 5 stars Very pumpy!

A very continuous route, the top is tough, especially because you're already pumped out. Forget about starting at the ground though unless you like climbing trees. We started about 8/10 feet up on a small ledge just right of Swords of Zanzibar.

4 out of 5 stars Watch out for the barn door!

Definitely a tricky 5.9, there were a few face holds near the top that I was happy to see! My two guy friends who climbed the route both risked barn dooring where the crack suddenly jumps to the left, but i had an easier time traversing a bit lower.

4 out of 5 stars Good thing you can stand anywhere on anorthasite!

A tricky little route. The crack down at the bottom wasn't particularly good, but it worked. The crux is either there, or up at the top where you traverse left depending on how you tackle it. Careful, there were a lot of hornets around when I visited.

4 out of 5 stars Learn to smear!

A nice little route, the bottom part is definitely the most intriguing. Smaller fingers really helped here, though we accidentally threw the rope to far to the left and kept getting pulled away from under the small roof.

3 out of 5 stars Crowded but Nice

A pretty straightforward climb. The second pitch is basically a joke, a fourth/fifth class move to a bunch of scrambleling.

4 out of 5 stars Nice cool spot in Red Rocks!

Literally, this route was one of the coolest I climbed. The pond/waterfall below it were awesome even though the rope fell in when pulling it from rappel. Running the first two pitches together isn't bad, the traverse is pretty solid. The offwidth on the last pitch can be a bit sketch for new leaders (aka me!)

4 out of 5 stars Intresting Layback at crux

A little run-out. So the first pitch is pretty boring, but I personally didn't like the lieback on the second, so did a 5.10 facemove instead since the edge felt to slick.

3 out of 5 stars 'cursed' climb

Remember where you stashed your gear at the bottom, had to leave stuff behind twice now after coming down in the dark.
