first wall, lead the first headwall pitch, cleaned the rest. it was great, i like aid alot. even got to do a hook move and placed the smallest HB offset... yikes! fix and fire better than hauling any day!

awesome route... took a second to find the undercling seam before the roof. the book is right, once you start moving keep moving. had to take a small hang dog break before pulling the roof, just to get ready. i recommend to all, it was a rush!!!

i wouldn't call this 5.3... to me any vertical trad is 5.5 minimum... easy though, but a little awkward as there are some chimney moves involved along with some blocks to get over. there are rap bolts at the midway point on the 2nd pitch, but go all the way to the top for an awesome view and bigger rap bolts!!

fun stuff... the book makes it sound harder than it is... slung one pipe, set 1 cam in 600 ft of climbing... had 5 people tied into one rope. summit was beautiful. maybe next time camp on top!
