As everyone says...
Tricky move at top, assuming I did it right, by going right.
We did the layback... i.e. don't take the obvioius crack straight up at the crux. You'll find yourself wanting a right foot that doesn't exist... instead, go left 2 feet and layback up and the step over to a good foot.
