About Paradise Forks:

Also known as Sycamore falls. This is the tradmasters dream crag. Routes ranging from 5.8 to 5.13. If you can't lead it T.R. it, this place has a strict history about bolting. If you're a sporto this is'nt the place for you. Buy the guide book, it has all the info. Can't camp in the parking lot. Check with Kaibab national forest for fire and any camping restrictions. The forests in Arizona are very dry. So exercise extreme caution. Make sure your fire is dead out and cold to the touch when you leave it. Forest fires are a big problem in this state. Keep it beautiful!
Nearest town or city: Williams
Directions: From Flagstaff drive west on Interstate 40 and exit at Parks Road (169). Turn left and drive back over the highway. Parks Road becomes F.S. 141, a well maintained gravel road. Stay on F.S. 141 for some time until you come to F.S. 109, turn left and continue driving for about 3.5 miles. Turn left before a cattle guard and drive down a narrow dirt road for another .25 mile, park here. From the parking area walk east/southeast into the forest for a few hundred yards following one of several trails to the edge of the canyon. Camping is available in the national forest. Nearest the forks, you are limited to a relatively small area found a bit further south on F.S. 109;look for a faint pullout off the left hand side of the road. Several large fire rings are scattered randomly along the forest floor, the only indication that you have found the right spot. Follow a foot path through a large meadow and into a usually dry stream bed. Continue along the steam bed until you reach the Gold Pond.
