Great Arkansas crag. 90 developed routes ranging from 5.6-5.12c. Plenty of sport and trad, with great views from the top. Tallest route is approximately 80 ft. Guidebook available by Kerry Allen -- excellent resource with clear directions and amazing topos. ***RECENTLY UPDATED. Information used was taken from the guidebook with the permission of Kerry Allen.*** Camping is available with water and electricity hookups for $14 a night... Sorry, primitive sites are no longer available...the new lodge is also open for those wishing to stay in a hotel room.
Nearest town or city: Paris
Directions: Top of Mount Magazine on the southside. Stop at the visitor center and register prior to climbing. Park at the hang glider launch site and walk along the construction to the West until you come to a marked climbers trail, there is now a sign. Follow this down and then continue West until you find a suitable tree to rap from. You will likely come down a few hundred feet West of Eurodog depending on where you rap.

You may also head to the opposite end of the lodge and walk down the waterfall trail.
