Description:
This route's like one of those 'choose your own adventure' routes. If you climb straight to the bolts, you've got yourself a 5.9 climb, if you bypass the second bolt and go up over the mungy area, you've got a 5.7 The crux, according to Slater's book, is this second bolt. Pretty nice beginning lead climb. Continue upward for Fields of Fire (5.8, 2 bolts).

Desperado . . . why don't you come to your senses . . .
For some reason I could never get myself to go straight up over the second bolt, only the 5.7 variation. Also, if you try to do this route shortly after a rain, you will end up leaving gear :(
