Been working on this (off & on) for 4 years. Finally nailed it today.
It starts with an easy big step to a long reach into an overhang that's severe enough to be considered a roof. Pulling out of this onto the vertical is the crux. Then it's up to a rail of variable quality. Then comes 12 (or so) feet of traverse on sparse feet before turning back up. The stretch to clip the anchors is substantial.
This route is stout for 5.11a, and it's fun the whole way up.
