This used to be my favorite climb... one I work in nearly every time I head to Holcomb. Today I went up to retrieve quickdraws left at the anchor by a previous climber... and found myself less enamoured by this climb. I guess I've gown out of it. Eventhough you may find yourself in ackward positions at times, the holds are quite obvious and there's no real challenge other than a physical one. I think I might be done with this route.

my favorite route in the Amphitheater
Very pumpy and very finessy... a rare combination that require strength, balance, and fancy footwork.
Look for laybacks and side pulls in the crack behind the bottom of the stack layered flakes for the best handholds, and clip when you can reach the bolt because your stance would be more stable on this route while your body is stretched out.
