About Blue Mounds State Park:
| There is a lot of climbing here for southern Minnesota. The whole stretch of rock is probably around 1-2 miles long. There is a section which was quarried out which is about 100 feet tall, but I don't know if it's safe and it's also a no climb zone, SO DON'T CLIMB IT! The highest level here is around a 5.12, I think. There is also some bouldering that could be done. |

| Directions: | From Luverne take Highway 75 north about 5 miles. There is climbing registration at the fee station at the North end of the park. |
