Sun Wall
About Sun Wall:
| The Sun Wall is comprised of mostly hard, committing routes. That said, it is rarely crowded on weekends. To find the Sun Wall, drive well past the stairs leading to the South Face, until you reach a large pull-out with a major trail on the right. If you reach the pull-out where you can see the North Face, you have gone too far. Hike up the obvious trail on the right (downhill) end of the pull-out. Routes at the Sun Wall tend to feature more face climbing and fewer cracks than the North Face and the South Face. The Nose is a common descent for several routes and can get log-jammed on busy days. |
