Maybe the Wednesday or Thursday before the festival starts. LOT of that decision will depend on avy conditions, snow pack, my general frame of mind, and the presence or absence of a hangover.

From what I saw on the festival site, they've included clinics on Thursday this year so I would guess setup needs to be on wednesday. Right?

OK, that's a deal. You're in, and you make 10, which is plenty.
I've sent an e-mail to Erin, telling him I've got 10 sturdy, hardworking, strong laborers (OK, 9 and one weenie, but I didn't want to insult Sharpie in public,) for set-up and tear down. I will let you know his reply, and the details of when/where, etc.
Trust me, folks... for those newbies who didn't help last year, you'll be happy you did. ;)

So, Thursday it is, bright and early. Last year, we had setup done in a few short hours, and still had plenty of time to climb in the park that day.
Oh, and all y'all that have volunteered, check your PMs.
