Review 3 out of 5 stars

Good cams in the smaller to medium sizes. The top 2 sizes are very unstable and I don't think I've ever placed them. I use them to double-up my most often used camlot sizes.

I have a #1 with the shiny new 4cam splitter head design. The head width is very narrow: About the width of the cams of a blue TCU *but* without the stems that protrude on the side. Narrower than .2 and .3 microcamalots. Didn't check vs aliens. The head is soft aluminum. I have yet to send a brave - not me - for a fall on it, or find a narrow pocket that won't swallow anything else. Very well finished, with new grip on the loop vs old flexcams. Grip is too rubbery soft imho, and C4's hard plastic is better.

I have the number 9 cam, don't have the smaller sizes, and the springs are rather weak, and so the cam walks easily, makes placing it easy though. Sling it extra long if you're worried about the cam walking out or too deep.

These are really good cams. You definitely get a rush of confidence when placing these. I would have to say, that they're definitely a good upper-middle class cam.

these cams are ok, the fact you can take this cam apart yourself somewhat scares me, also the trigger is somewhat small in length, the one thing i really like about these though it doesnt show in the picture, maybe their the new version, is the extending webbing, its a good design.
