Description:

Start a few feet right of the belay station of Calypso. Follow a finger crack up to a large ledge with a boulder resting on it. Try not to look like a beached whale while fitting into the crack made by the resting boulder. Finish by scrambling right to a set of rappel bolts or climb to the belay ledge of Calypso and climb pitch three of Calypso

5 out of 5 stars Excellent Rock

Three pitches. I led each and let a newbie friend hold my rope; it was his first time climbing outside. I think I chose a good one for him.

5 out of 5 stars Great Rock!

There are some awesome cracks on this route. The majority of the route is fairly mindless and simple. The top 20 feet require some commiting moves and a little gusto, plus you're pretty exposed on the last crack. As the description says, you will look like a beached whale trying to pull yourself through the crack, so traverse to the right and fling yourself up.
