bring the big stuff and lots of it. This was the first trad line of the year and the right side was wet. It got wetter the closer you got to the bolts. Set it up for a top rope which the rest of the party thought was the best line of the day. Last in the group did a TR ascent with a headlamp.

stopped just short of the anchors since it was wet and slimmy today. didnt want to traverse over to the anchors in those conditions

Eats gear of any size. Wet at top today but did not affect reaching anchors.

Easy to place pro in this one. Different than most pilot climbs.

Needs big gear, used Camalot 4 and several 3s. And I had to Chicken Wing to complete the traverse, to the anchors, at the top.

Enjoyed this very much. Found that there were multiple (2) 5.7 moves that I'd say were more 7+ and the rest felt pretty sustained in the 6 range. Surprised to find a place for a small C3 towards the middle - excellent finish.

Shawn Barb led this for an afternoon's outing, Jeff belayed me as half-second: I had to unclip, and did reclip for Jeff to clean. At least as exciting as anticipated, a rush for me the whole way up. Less lie-back than it looks like it will have to be, with a gracious slope making it more possible than it looks. The most unusual climb for me so far by far. If you ever get a chance, highly recommended!
