Fun face climb. Not sure why some give this an R safety rating. My partner seemed to have no issue clipping the 1st bolt and from there the stances are good. 2nd clip has great feet and once that is clipped you should be away from hitting that starting fin.

Exciting lead

That first step can be the hardest... Get on to the face and you're already 30 feet up or so. On one bolt, and if you fall you and your belayer will be hanging up above the chasm... Definitely stick the 1st bolt or rap down and hang it. Fall might be awkward if you fall before the 2nd, since the belayer has to stand back. Just be mindful of the rope and your legs. All of the falls should safe but I didn't try any of them out, nor do I want to. Route is a lot of fun and a bit heady. One of the better face routes I've been on. Just be mindful of the rope and have a good belayer.

Don't forget to top out!

Top out is a must for full 13a grade. Clip chain and continue on, then down climb from the top (similar to Body Wax).

Definitely stick clip the first bolt. If you're short (I'm 5'3") you have to jump or do a harder start (head first) to the opening hold but taller folk can just reach. If you jump and miss it's a clean fall - I've done it once... Several good knee bars. Be mindful of climbing when wet as to not break off holds.

Don't blow the clip!

3 bolts. A bit spicy to the 2nd. If there is a good belay, I feel like you'd only deck if you fell while clipping. Still, bolt 2 is pretty out there.
