Description:
This route is right of the NE Buttress and has generally better rock and fewer crowds although the line is not as obvious from afar. From the North Slesse glacier climb ~20 pitches, sustained at 5.8 and 5.9, to the base of the summit tower from which escape can be made. A direct finish adds a couple more pitches to the summit. Known as the Kiesel/Lowe after the FA team.
