Description:
How about a 5.12 looking roof that actually pulls like a 5.8!! Its for real. Start up easy left facing dihedral to base of roof. Move slightly left to access holds on overhead horizontal flakes. Pull roof up and to the right to access face. Angle up and slightly left to obvious rounded vertical crack to belay ledge. 2nd pitch: Stem chimney to top. For pro check face pockets, chockstones, and small side cracks. Nice belay ledge atop column with chockstone rap anchor (use only with two ropes, otherwise scramble north over ridge to Holeshot gulley for rap).
