Description:

Follow the trail down from the upper parking lot. Take the trail to the right before you get to the "Kings and Queens seat" continue untill you get below "Breakaway wall". Follow the trail that goes to right, away from the main rock. The trail will cut back sharply to the right. Go about another 100ft on this trail and cut left into the woods at the top of ridge leading into a boulder field. You should come to a outcrop of rock about 25 feet high. Route: Straight off the face of outcrop. Follow the two parallel cracks that curve up and to the right at the bottom of the outcrop.

3 out of 5 stars Fun but short

Good place for the new leader to place gear. Fun but Short climb. I set up a toprope for my wife to get a feal for climbing/rope work outdoors. For fun, try the chimney to the right (gets a bit tight/offwidth half way up). Bring bug repelent if climbing in the spring/summer. On hot days your in the shade of the trees. bring bug spray.
FYI, if you start around to the left side, the start is rather interesting (harder then expcted).
