Class is in session
We took a lesson from EMS in Conway. Our first multi-pitch climb. Also a big lesson in smearing. The rock was very sticky so we had a pretty easy time of it, except, we gained practical knowledge on multi-rope management.

Standard Route
Did the first 2 pitches of standard, then did the Quartz pocket route, then back to standard for pitchs 4 and 5, did Left out for the 6th pitch and finished on the beginers route which had no very little pro, Over all this is a very easy route as long as you can figure out where you are and where you are supposed to go next. The hardest part was Left Out and there are much harder routes to the right for the 6th pitch. Just watch what you are doing.

Classic Route
Despite the lack of pro (sometimes I'd place one piece for 50 m), I never felt run out or scared, but it may not be the best lead for the beginning trad climber. The top was confusing and led to some uncomfortable belays.
