Great climb, three pitches, 5.6, 5.5, 5.5, pitch 1 and 3 are very fun. Pitch 1 is a full rope length. Stay left of gully on pitch 2. Two ropes are needed for the rappel.

Absolute classic
Those guys in the falcon guide where right, the approach is tough but you are rewarded with some of the best rock around! The first pitch is a beautiful crack with the second and third pitch a little less like a crack and more like face climbing. These pitches are much harder to protect than the first, bring those dusty nuts, cams won't be as easy to place.

Ascent Note
Amazing climb for the grade with beautiful exposure and top notch belay stations. The upper pitches aren't 'R' with modern gear, smallest pieces placed were BD stoppers #3-5 and Metolius TCUs 00-0 among plenty of larger pro, all solid. I led pitches 1 and 3, seconded pitch 2. Bring 2 ropes for rap, the walkoff sucks.

Ascent Note
We did this Alpine Style with Mountaineering boots, gloves and all. The route had snow and ice on it making climbing a lot harder than the grade when dry in the summer. John lead all three pitches except for the fist half of pitch 2.
