Good clean fun.
Definitely a John Bachar route. Not a ton of gear for the first 30 ft., and maybe an old school 10a but a new school 10c, as a warning. Apparently this used to be 5.8?

Meant to do the East But, but was a bit cold/windy so we opted for the Mountaineer's Route. Still a bit exciting without ice tools when you round the corner after the gully, as the main trail that time of year is a frozen mess. Be prepared for a little class 4 if you do this in winter.
