4 out of 5 stars 1st Trad Lead

Lead the first pitch for my first trad lead. Had a blast.

3 out of 5 stars 2nd Trad lead

Lead second pitch. Wet crack and bending over made my back hurt and made it harder than it should have been. This situation is probably familiar to some of you off the rock.

3 out of 5 stars Memorable climb

This climb was actually dry, well almost, after a week of rain. Crux was slightly moist, taken care of with some chalk, and the top had puddles, but the climb is over at that point. Naughty little bastard that my friend and I badly underestimated twice each and it bucked us off at the top. Clean route save for the rusty shuts. Best battle all weekend off the 4 dry climbs we did.

3 out of 5 stars Wack line

Fun moves, but the bolt line is a little off. Makes for an interesting head scratcher of a climb though. A couple cool moves.

3 out of 5 stars Best 10 in the Gorge?

Not very memorable. Just a 10, but different than T. Tammy and Attack of the Moss Clods.

3 out of 5 stars Left me wondering

I watched everyone traverse right above bolt 4, move up, climb back left & clip 5 from the ledge, and then pull the bulge. i remember two years ago my friend crimping with a left hand under bolt 5, high feet, then reaching up to a RH crimp (which is a LH the doing it the other way) then bumping over to the ledge to clip just right of bolt 5, eliminating about 4-5 moves. yet to pull that off seems damn near impossible. not sure what is correct. I think this is 11a cuz of the massive runout at the top, a fall here would probably suck royal.

4 out of 5 stars Great view

Classic line at Endless. I have no endurance to lead this thanks to climbing at the local gym's 25' walls.

4 out of 5 stars Re:

Climbing at Triangle Rock Club does not = climbing outside. Talk about not knowing where you stand in relation to climbing outside...
