Description:

The furthest left route on the east wall. Climb low-angled choss to a ... what? ... hand crack! Whoa! No, you don't need gear.

3 out of 5 stars Crack?

Not a crack climber so the crack was tough for me. Didn't want to commit that high up the crack to get to the bomber hold, especially since a fall would have you deck on the shelf below. Could have clipped lower/safer if I was 2" taller. Eventually TR'ed it. Felt harder than 10a, at least the moves at the start of the crack, but maybe that's my lack of crack exp.

4 out of 5 stars Chossy... but fun?

Belayer should wear helmet. Big pieces came off this one. Climbed this in Penman shoes.

4 out of 5 stars A mixed bag of technique, and my most unique clip!

Came recommended by my climbing buddy. I really liked it.

Somehow, up on the open-book, I found myself with my back against the right-facing wall, reached behind my back fro the rope to make the clip over my right shoulder. I didn't plan it, it just worked out that way. Weird!

I feel that it's a pretty solid 5.10a, personally.
