I felt this route was a solid 5.10a. Like many of the other climbs on The Whale it feels short, but the crux is interesting and holds are small with a lot of slab character. Keep your fingernails short for this one.

awesome balancy route
Blew the onsight of this route because at the crux I went left when I should have gone right. So after somehow traversing back right my finger strength was gone, and between the microedges and super thin feet I came right off. After pushing through the crux though it was just a walk in the park from then on. Solid 10b in my opinion.

this really didn't feel that hard. very delicate, but decent feet out right at like the 3rd bolt I think. It's not .10c.
