Sammy took a different start then the 5.7 p2 variation up super fun. I did 3&4 Sammy did 5 and we topped out! Hardest part was the down climb off the back be careful & remember u can rap if u need to

sharp end all 5 pitches

We got hit with crazy cold wind. Fingertips,toes and legs were really cold and we almost bailed but pushed it to the top finishing on the 4th/5th class left of the chimney.
I will do it again but will look at the weather forecast more carefully.

Get there early, there were at least 20 people on the wall when we left!

Great Rock
we underestimated the approach time,
and let a party pass us after the first pitch.
ate up alot of time , only finished 3 pitches and bailed

and with good reason. you can't go wrong on this route. that said, there were several sections that were runout (we didnt take the "main" route since it was jammed up, so we just kind of mosy-ed around where we needed to. come solid on 5.7 terrain and move fast. brilliant route with a fun summit. the descent was not bad at all.

had a good time soloing it. lots of traffic on this one.

the climb was swarming with climbers, solo-ers, and mosquitos. Totally worth it.

Zach and I didn't have a campsite the night before so we got a wilderness permit and camped around the back side of the peak. Started climbing at 8 am and topped out around 5 pm. Only 2 other parties, we took our time and chilled at the ledges. Descent we down lead two pitches before walking off. Got back to the car at 10 pm.
