Description:

Middle route on this wall, starts with pulling a low roof. Up face to more overhang, more up and more overhang, to left to anchors. Some think it easier than "Devil", but most don't even try it. See ascent reports as "Herculean Task" incorrectly in Amphitheater section.

5 out of 5 stars Good Route

Got the redpoint the other day, using supplemental gear. Put a couple cams in the horizontal just before the face portion of this climb. Really fun on sport!

4 out of 5 stars Great Climb!

This climb was great! Fun start and pulling through the face moves was the best part. Don't slow down or the pump might catch up to you at the overhang near the top. The right anchor near the top doesn't appear to be in the best condition. I backed up the top rope to the trees past the top of the climb.

5 out of 5 stars Great Route!

Onsighted on TR. Bouldery start and slight invert until you reach a somewhat blank face. Come to another roof with great holds and pull that to reach the top! Really fun moves on this route, lots of drop knee!

4 out of 5 stars Really fun

A nice but overlooked route next to Devil. The start is pretty intimidating, esp for shorter folks. Lunge out and nail the chalked up horn then pull through to safety and scramble easily up to the obvious crack where some gear will fit. Kind of a long way up that first piece! A bit of a tricky move up from there to a bolt and a little face climbing. From there enjoy a bit of a strengthy section through the roof to the anchors. I think it may be a tad easier than Devil, perhaps b/c it has more and better rests.
