Description:

This technical and sustained slab route takes a challenging line left of Banana Peel and crosses Sparrow in the middle. it's plethora of bolts and convenient location near Diedre tempt many who have come to climb adjacent routes. Approach as for Diedre but continue traversing along the tree ledge for 25m until the line of black bolts may be seen leading up the slab towards the white birch trees.

4 out of 5 stars Good slab

Climbed with freshly injured knee! Lots of pain... Did not recall any use of nuts/cams; route nicely bolted.

4 out of 5 stars Really fun!

Started with Bottom Line, for a 8 pitch slab climb. The 10c's are thin, but well bolted. Zero gear used other than slings and draws.

4 out of 5 stars Great route

Lovely climbing - especially when there are congo-lines up the other routes in the area (e.g. Deidre). The first 5.10c pitch can go 5.9 A0, but you actually have to climb the others. No need for the "small cams" - 14 draws will see you the whole way. (If you start up Bottom Line, you obviously need a few pieces - 1 each Camalot 0.5, 0.75, 1, IMO)
