But then Mr. Hyde should be harder... :p puling over the roof at the end was kind of tough.

a little harder than the others going through the roof to the anchors
Again, that whole shelf in the cave under the roof should have been cleaned out. It was just too easy for anyone to reach in for a hold and come out with a significant sized rock to seriously or fatally hurt their belayer below.
UPDATE: I cleaned the whole damn upper cave of all meaningful debris. There's still some gravel.
