Description:

Start: on a gray face midway between Minty and Tipsy Trees. p. 1 (5.6, 70 feet): Climb straight up the face to a belay at a tall tree. p. 2 (5.8, 80 feet): Climb up on good holds (look left for a green c3 to keep the run out reasonable) and then move across right to the base of a small left facing corner (crux 1, pg/r). Climb the corner, then up an orange face to an overhang. Move up (crux 2, g) then then work your way left to a right facing corner with some loose rock to a belay below Tipsy Trees' last pitch. p. 3 (70 feet, 5.8+) Start on the GT under a huge roof and make a Dangler/Thin Slabs Direst-ish move out right to a bucket at shoulder level on the arete (crux). Climb the arete, up a short pretty crack and to an exit above a wild roof.

Descent Options:

Walk to climber's right and rappel Madame G's

2 out of 5 stars Bag's End

Excellent climbing on good rock with some poor climbing on dirty rock at a few spots. A real Gunks mini-adventure.
