Description:

Start at a left-facing corner to the right of Glypnod. Climb this and move up into a right-facing corner capped with a triangular roof. Pull around the roof on the left (hard 5.7) and continue to a belay (80 feet). Diagonal right (mellow but runout) to the GT ledge almost to where the ledge turns another corner towards 3 pines. Climb up left into a right facing corner and pull the roof at the corner. (5.8)

3 out of 5 stars Nice climb

Pretty techy and reachy crux on P3.

3 out of 5 stars Felt like I could actually lead this today

There is no gear at the lower crux (after the start), so I would be a little nervous leading it. Gear at the crux is a red C3. Not sure if it would hold or not. Tricky moves out of the alcove lead to jugs once you make the moves.

3 out of 5 stars interesting moves exiting the roof

I think going right is much easier? Left is thoughtful but very doable when you look for the feet. Interesting climb. P1 only, diagonal up to the big pine. Lots of dirty, licheny climbing.

3 out of 5 stars Ummm...felt hard today

Glad I didn't lead it. The first pitch is a little tougher than a 7.
